SCIENCE ON TAP
Madison Science On Tap is Madison, Wisconsin’s version of Cafe Scientifique, and is a place where, for the price of a cup of coffee or a glass of beer, anyone can come to hear about the latest news in science and technology. There are Cafe meetings all around the United States and the world.
The evening begins with a (roughly) 20 minute presentation by a scientist on a topic relating to his or her research. Then there is a break of about 10 minutes to allow folks to refill their drinks, followed by a lively question and discussion session, designed to last about one hour.
Madison Science On Tap takes place at 6:15 PM on the 2nd Wednesday of every month, at J.T. Whitney’s Pub and Brewery. The events are free and open to the public. Please join us!

Madison Science on Tap also thanks Mirus Bio Corporation

“Science is built with facts as a house is with stones -- but a collection of
facts is no more a science than a heap of stones is a house.”
-Jules Henri Poincare (1854-1912)
